In this section, materials are all foreign books which are place in open shelves that can easily access by the users. Majority or the large portion of library collections is found in this section. It contains materials which are preserve and important collection of the school. Most of the materials found in this section are composed of rare and historical books. Other collections are plaques, personal collections of the late Historian Professor Isagani Medina Memorabilia.

This section is found in the Audio Visual Center which is use for viewing and listening purposes, seminars, meeting, and other activities.
